Greetings, I am Queen Serenity. I am the ruler the Moon Kingdom in the era known as the Silver Millennium. I rule from the Moon Palace, which resides in the lunar sea of serenity also known as Mare Serenitatis.
I am born of the royal house of Serenity and I was named for the sea of serenity just as my mother before me, and my daughter after me. I come from a long line of Queens who have ruled the Moon kingdom justly and peacefully with the power of the Silver Crystal.
The Silver Crystal is the birthright of those women born to the house of Serenity. The Silver Crystal gives me the power I need to protect my home and my people.
Recently the peacefulness for which my home is named has been destroyed by Queen Metalia’s invasion of the Moon Kingdom. Queen Metalia has all ready killed many of my court and my daughter, Princess Serenity. Soon I will sacrifice my life so that I may use the Silver Crystals’ full potential to send my daughter and my court’s spirits to the future so they may be reborn on earth in a time of peace. Once I have done that I will use what remains of my power to seal Queen Metalia away.
